FAQ
How Do I Place An Order? Each item in my store is hand-made and one-of-a-kind. So if you see an item you love, be sure you click on it and then click on the “Email to Jerry to Order” button. In the email include your name, phone number, address and email so I can contact you to verify your contact information. If you want to pay by cash or check and pick-up the item in person let me know and we’ll arrange time and place. I am open in the shop by chance or appointment only. If you wish to pay by credit card, I will create an invoice to be emailed to you. In that email invoice will be a button which will walk you through entering your credit card information via the Helcim merchant processing website. Once credit card payment has been verified I will ship the product to you via insured and registered USPS. If an item is "out of stock", it may never be back "in stock", but I do make custom orders if requested. I will be adding new items to the site as "collection releases", but once a collection is gone, it's gone! Let me know if you would like to be included in my newsletters and you will be notified by email when NEW ITEMS are released! If you still have questions about an item or your order and can't find the details on this site, please email me at: durbinsforge@gmail.com
Secure Ordering & Payment Options My company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to display my products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. I use Helcim.com for all direct payment (credit card) gateways offered and adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by my store and its service providers. Once I receive an order I will create an invoice via my Helcim.com merchant account which will be emailed to you. The email will include a button allowing you to securely enter your credit card information. Once I receive confirmation the card processing is complete, I will ship the product via insured USPS.
